Yep, I'm alive. Very busy lately between work and other responsibilities. But...guess what's sitting in my lap at this very moment? It's black, has a blue light, and a cord...I finally got my bamboo fun! Just got paid today and it was the first purchase I made. So...I'm very tired (because I stayed up all night, lol) but we'll see what these experiments of mine produce. It's quite a bit different from traditional pencil and paper! Got some gesso while I was at the local Michael's too. Gonna attempt a piece in oil paints. Haven't really done much of my own art lately, between my hectic schedule, but...we'll see. Still working on those 2 requests--I'm very slow right now...But at least I finally got my tablet!!! I'm thinking of it as my reward--I did work for it after all...wo0t

No problem--and it wasn't because you posted on my thread. I had a look through your gallery and right now I'm kind of blown away. You don't say much on your pieces in your gallery but it's ok because they kind of speak for themselves.

I don't think I've seen anything like this before! I don't really know how to describe it. I just think each one of your pieces presents a distinct message about 1)you the artist and 2)the world around us. Majority of the so-called popular art may be 'cute' or 'cool', but in my opinion, a lot of it lacks true meaning and feeling. Sorry, I don't know what I'm saying--but anyway, I love your work and I can't wait to see more! =)

Wow, I really don't know what to say!

I don't know if I could every really criticize your work... How can I when my own pieces need work themselves?! That is such a great compliment, especially since I'm only a teenager in high school!
